Overview: Led the UX and UI design of the SQB Agent System, an internal CRM platform used by sales agents to search, quote, and book package holidays. Designed complex search and comparison interfaces, including flexible date (+7 / −7) flight and hotel pricing, to support fast, accurate quoting and confident booking within a single workflow.
